NEWS: A 25 year old Linden Resident, Randy Tello of Wismar is in a stable condition at a Linden Hospital this morning after he was shot to the face last evening by a member of the Joint Services.
The man told relatives that he was walking home when a van load of policemen and soldiers called out to him. He said he didn't answer and continued walking and they began running after him, firing shots at the same time. He was struck to the face and fell to the ground. He was dumped in the police vehicle and dropped off at the Mackenzie Hospital where nurses said the members of the joint services just dropped him off and sped away from the scene. The incident is creating more worry for the top brass of the security forces in a community that is already in a tense mood.
